Make it detailed
Search PUBG on Google
1Finding the PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS game is fast and straightforward. Visit Google and type the game title. You will see the link right at the first (or second) position among the search results. The fastest way to get PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS is to visit the Steam platform.

Click Play Game on Steam to Start the Installation Process
2Once you are in, scroll down and click the “Play Game” green button on the right side of the “Free to Play” tag. You can watch the presentation videos and see the pictures to get an idea of the game before downloading it. Anyway, remember PUBG is now free.

Install the Steam Client (If You Don’t Have It Yet)
3To install and launch “PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS”, you need the Steam desktop application first. If you don’t have it yet, click “No, I need Steam”. Then, register a free account and download the Steam client on your computer. After that, visit the Steam website once again to start your installation.

Run Steam App You’ve Installed on Your PC
4Do you already have the Steam desktop application installed? That’s great. Click “Yes, Steam is installed” and then choose and run the Steam app on your computer through the next dialogue box. See the screenshots below as guidance.

Choose the Installation Location
5In the next window, you can choose the location of the installation. You can install the game either on an external or internal hard drive. For my tutorial, I chose the former. You can choose whatever location you want. But remember, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS requires 41 GB of free space.

Read and Accept the End-User License Agreement
6By clicking “NEXT” on the previous window, you are prompted to read and accept the end-user license agreement. I suggest you read it entirely. It will take you just a few minutes. For better understanding, you can change the language. When you are finished, click “I AGREE” to move to the next step.

Prepare the Files for Installation (Wait and Relax)
7After accepting the terms, Steam will start preparing the local files. When done, you can click “FINISH”. Steam will be continuing the download in the background. If you lose your Internet connection or turn your computer off, don’t worry. Next time you restart Steam, the download will resume automatically.

Check the Installation Progress
8While Steam is downloading —and updating— the game, you are free to do something else and run other applications on your computer. You can check the progress at any time by opening the Steam client again (I did it from my Windows taskbar) and looking at the download view.

Wait and Launch the Game through the Desktop Icon
9The download and updating can take a while: from a few minutes to hours. It all depends on your Internet connection speed. Be patient, relax, and do anything else you want while waiting. When the process is complete, PUBG is ready to launch. Click the icon on your desktop and enjoy.
